New tech hasn’t hit us quite as hard nor as rapidly as AI. It’s no surprise that so many people are nervous. The older we get, the more uncomfortable, and distant, new technology can feel. Remember how 7-year-olds showed Grandad how to record and play video machines?
The difference with AI is that it is so easy for you to use to your advantage.

No Strings AI – Have a go
We’re going to take you to explore our forest, the Forest World of AI. Forest Rangers are available to help you. Just ask questions, hold a conversation, or give them an instruction. Our Rangers are, in real life, Anthropic’s Claude, the AI with a founding principle of being Helpful, Honest, and Harmless.
There are no lectures, classes or tests. We never ask you to create an account. Your conversations aren’t saved and aren’t used to train AI, any residue is cleared daily. We only collect anonymous data to see how the site is performing. Full details are in our Privacy Notice.

Completely New to AI? Start at the Meet and Greet
AI is new to most of us. We don’t really understand it, and most of us have heard a horror story or two. Some of you have already asked whether we even need it if we’re not working. I am sure that AI can help you in some way in your life, practising a foreign language before you go on holiday for example.
